Our new suites, obtained from the first floor restoration of a noble 1400 building (Degli Oddi - Bontempi, see the building on the right of this wonderful S.Filippo Neri print) connected to the hotel, each one of 70/80 square meters, and each one with famous names (Perugino, Giotto, Pinturicchio) will be rented at the following rates: one week 400/500 Euros, two weeks 700/800 Euros, three weeks 900/1000 Euros, one month and more 1100/1200 Euros each month. Rates include taxes, electricity and water. Every suite has a large drawing room with two sofa-beds, one double bedroom, a nice and large bathroom, a small kitchen cupboard (electric cooking plate, frigidaire and lavatory). Telephone and internet point. Weekly laundry change. Extra charge are phone calls, cleaning on requests (Euros 30 per day) and buffet breakfast served in hotel (Euros 5 per day per person).
