served  on the marvellous air-conditioned veranda on the scenic terrace,  overlooking Perugia old rooftops 

Rates change depending on the period:

 Single room with shower-wc :    from  € 45,00 to  € 70,00  

Double or twin room with shower-wc :  from € 65,00 to € 100,00  

Rooms with 3 or 4 beds available on request . 

Lower rates are available on request for long stay.

High-season rates are applicable in crowded periods such as Festival Umbria Jazz (08 -17 July 2011) , Festival Eurochocolate (14-23 October 2011) , Easter, New Year's Eve, congress and other extraordinary events.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

·         Extra charge for air conditioning: € 20 per night (air con is available on request in 14 rooms only, to be booked in advance) 

·         Garage car parking: Euro 20/25 depending on car size.  The garage has a separate management with its own opening times. Access to garage is always possible, exit is only during opening times unless you agree with garage manager before.
