From March 2010 will become  effective our official rates again: 

• Single room with shower/wc  € 45,00/70,00  (min/max)

• Double or twin room with shower/wc € 65,00/95,00 (min/max)

• Rooms with three or four beds also available

• Including taxes and self service buffet-breakfast (with the famous scrambled  eggs and bacon !!)  in the scenic four-season veranda on the rooftops of Perugia
